Returns

All items intended for return must be declared within 7 days from the date the item is delivered for a product value refund. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please be aware of possible custom clearance charges in your country. You are 100% responsible for the shipping costs in the event that your device needs to be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items which have been purchased on sale and/or with an reduction are not eligible for returns.
